Our Story
My journey into developing a smart QR Code Visitor Management System began in 2014, when I was working in another organization. I observed several inefficiencies in the way industrial visitor management was handled.
Visitors often entered premises but were not tracked properly when leaving. Some waited endlessly in security corridors, unable to meet the right person. Others faced communication gaps—such as visiting a technical GM who might be out on-site without a phone in hand.
Extraordinary Experiences
One experience that particularly stood out was during a visit to Bharat Petroleum Corporation’s refinery, where I faced significant challenges in connecting with the concerned person. This made me realize there had to be a better way—a solution that would save time for both visitors and the organization’s staff.
I envisioned a simple, secure, and effective system:
- One where appointments could be set easily with the consent of the person being visited.
- A system that would connect both parties effortlessly through technology, without compromising data security.
Establishment of QR Code
This led to the creation of a QR-based visitor management solution. Visitors can scan a QR code, enter their details, and verify their identity instantly (e.g., via Aadhaar). Once approved, they receive a digital pass, which they simply scan at the gate for quick, hassle-free entry. The system can also enforce visit durations, ensuring visitors leave on time.
- From my early struggles in 2014 to today, this solution has evolved into a versatile platform—ideal for industries, pilgrimage sites, event management companies, and any organization handling high visitor volumes. It simplifies the entire process, improves security, and ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.
